I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?

We are constantly committed to offering safe and qualitatively perfect products. However, it may happen that some pieces present some anomalies.
If the product you received has defects, do not hesitate to contact us specifying the order number, the type of defect detected and attaching a photo showing the problem if possible. To contact us click here!

I WANT TO RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Usually it is necessary to send communication via e-mail within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order, to info@monchericollectionstore.com.
Remember that in order to make a return, the products must be intact, unused or opened and preferably shipped in the original packaging.

The cost of returning an item for a refund is the responsibility of the customer. For security and peace of mind, we recommend using an insured registered mail to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not responsible for any lost/damaged items returned.
NB: All items can be returned except items personalized at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES

All our products are sold and shipped only from Italy
Your order will be entrusted to the GLS/BRT courier. Shipping times are 2/4 working days from the moment the goods have been shipped. We will also send you the information to track your shipment via email.

Each item reports in the description the processing time necessary to process the order.
Once processed, the order will take the time indicated in the shipping rate chosen at check-out.
