I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, CAN I RETURN IT?
We are constantly committed to offering safe and qualitatively perfect products. However, it may happen that some pieces present some anomalies.
If the product you received has any defects, do not hesitate to contact us specifying the order number, the type of defect detected and attaching a photo showing the problem if possible. To contact us click here!
I WANT TO RETURN ONE OR MORE PRODUCTS FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
It is usually necessary to send a communication via email within 7 days from the day of receipt of the order, to the address info@monchericollectionstore.com.
Please remember that in order to return the products must be intact, unused or opened and preferably shipped in their original packaging.
The cost of returning an item for a refund is the customer's responsibility. For your safety and peace of mind, we recommend using registered mail to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not responsible for any lost/damaged returned items.
NB: All items can be returned except items personalised at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING TIMES
All our products are sold and shipped only from Italy
Your order will be entrusted to the courier GLS/BRT. Shipping times are 2/4 working days from the moment the goods have been shipped. We will also send you the information to follow your shipment via email.
Each item's description shows the processing time required to fulfill the order.
Once processed, your order will take the time indicated in the shipping rate chosen at checkout.
